Here we have birthday gift box of my raspberry ripple 'Deluxe Gourmet' cupcakes. Traditionally raspberry ripple is vanilla & raspberry but I use white chocolate instead, yummy!
They started with white chocolate mud cake with fresh raspberries mixed through.
Next came the white chocolate & fresh homemade raspberry coulis Italian meringue buttercream.
A good scattering of nice big chunks of white chocolate were added.
Each cupcake was then crowned with a single fresh raspberry before being given a good drizzle of some more of my homemade raspberry coulis.
I love raspberries!
